MAN 5 tonner
This is my first 1/87 truck. To build this
MAN Roco truck for beginning was a good choice.
At first I collected all the components I need. I tryed
to get the cheapest parts I can catch.
The servo is a Jamara S-Micro. It is 22 x 11 x 26mm and
9g weight. It is a little bit larger than the
Pico 54 from mikroantriebe.de but it cheaper. I
mounted it athwart.
As the reciver I use the JST-Mini from mikroantrieb.de. The antenna I replaced in a
20 cm copper wire.
The speedcontroler is also availible at Conrad Electronik. It is offered as a servocntroler.
I mounted a 5 kiloohm adjustable resiver instead a servo adjustible
reciver.
The electric circuit you can also get at frsmd400.
The motor is a "LKW-Antrieb" i=1:120 and 7x15mm motor from
mikroantriebe.de.
A buildinginstruction of the motor you can get at www.micmo.de as a "G120:1 Baubericht“
The mainframe is made of brass. I try to build it like
the resign frame.
The front axle is balance bearing
To force the steering I use a 0.5mm brass wire. This one
is guided in a brass pipe.
The battery is a dissasembled chargable 9V battery. The
lights are made of white SMD-LED also the backlights.
