I was invited to a indoor model show. And so I want to have a small Indoorflyer. Far away from the ugly german rain and wind.
At first I build a gearbox. Thr propellers are from a yoghurt mug. This one
have the right diametre nd nearly unbreakable. By the way there a cheap ;-)
The first gear was to fast. To much ampere and to less power.

The second gear (16 to 1) was perfect. The bearing is from an old cd-hull. The
metall-bearings are made of a medicine-shot. The gearwheels are from an old
gearmotor.
So the 90mm propeller has 3.5 gramm power by 160 mA. The complete plane has
a lift off weight of 9.5 gramm and a propeller power of 7 gramm.

The plane without the technics is 2.1 gramm weight. I made it of basic wallpaper.
It looks like a P38 Lightning. I also build in some LED.

Markus Christl programmed the infrared reciver. Er build also a 3.5 ampere booster
for the transmitter. So we can fly outdoor too.
But its better to use cool sunglases.

Technical Data:
| weight | 9.5 gramm | ||
| lengh | 20 cm | ||
| wide | 25 cm | ||
| propeller | 2x 90 mm | ||
| power | 7 gramm |

Dont drink and fly!

This indoor picture is a fake ;-) This room may to small to fly. On the right you see it at maintenance.

The complete Toy. On the right include the proud owner.
