I´am born in 1967 in Hannover (germany). Since 1997 I live with my wife Claudia and my son Jan in Uelzen. My Job is administrator by the german Telekom. I start ship-modeling in 1985 and car modeling a few years later. At first, I build the small only because I had not enough place im my room.
Sometimes I´am a writer for the magacines "Modellwerft", "Truck Modell" and "Miba". In 1987, Dirk Emmermacher, Stafan Müller, Matthis Glinke and I foundations the "IG Mikromodell" as a friendship of poeple who building small RC-models.
I meet Thorsten and so the modeling too in 1994. In this time I´am a student in Hannover. Bacause my son Jan, there is not so much time for ship-modeling. But during the time I build the "Alexander von Humbold" and two other radiocontroled ships.
Like Thorsten I was born in Hanover, but in 1966 and I`m living together with my wife Rosi and our children Jessica, Tobias and Michaela in a little village near to the town Bad Münder still 1997. I started to work with telephones, but by time I changed into the IT-administration and at the moment I´m doing everything in the IT for the lowersaxony gymnastics federation.
1980 I started with building my first models - without remote-controlling. With remote-controlled models I started around 2 or 3 years later. Still that time I built mostly little shipmodels which came smaller and smaller with the time and I made stands of my own collection for them. I started ones with cars, but with my less time I didn´t do so very much still today.
